Activated buckwheat (= "buckinis") are an ideal base for creating your own perfect muesli. They add delicious crunchy texture and a nutty taste to whatever they are mixed with. Buckwheat is also a great source of many nutrients including anti-oxidants and fibre - see below for more information.

Our certified organic buckwheat is grown in China. It seems that all organic buckwheat available in Australia is grown in China. If anyone has an alternative source, do please let us know...!
