  1. Terms and Conditions

By using our site you agree to our Terms and Conditions. For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘we’ refer to Totally Nuts and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to you the customer/ visitor.

  1. Account details

It is your responsibility to keep your account details up to date through the website or by contacting us directly. Any errors in delivery or communication due to incorrect details being supplied are not our responsibility.

  1. Order changes and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order in the webstore. Should you wish to cancel an order you must contact us immediately. We reserve the right to charge a 5% fee to cover payment transaction fees and extra labour.

  1. Limitation of Liability

You agree and accept that Totally Nuts bears no legal responsibility for any loss or damage you may incur relating to the use of our website, whether from errors, omissions, goods and services, or any other use. Your use of any information or material on this website is entirely at your own risk. Any opinions or recommendations on this website are not medical advice and are not intended to replace the advice of your health care professional.

  1. Refund/ returns policy

We want all customers to be 100% satisfied with all our products and stand firmly by the quality and integrity of all our operations – which is why we offer no fuss returns. If you wish to return your order you must contact us with 7 days of receipt of your goods with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will issue a refund upon timely receipt of the goods.

If you receive an incorrect item advise us straight away and return it to us unopened; once we have received it, we will send out the replacement or issue you a refund (including shipping cost).

In the event of discovering damage to a product after it has been opened, the full product must be returned to us as soon as possible. Any damage or defect in a product must be ascertained immediately on opening the product. Returns of partially consumed products will not be accepted. The refund of any opened product is entirely at our discretion.

  1. Delivery

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the order will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. Accuracy of the delivery address is your responsibility.

Any instructions to leave the parcel at the given address is at your risk once delivery is made. We are unable to take any responsibility for loss or damage to goods after they have been delivered to the given address.

Occasionally items go missing or get damaged in transit. All orders leave Totally Nuts in undamaged pristine condition. Once they have left been taken by a courier they are the responsibility of the freight company and not Totally Nuts. We will help with tracking and resolving freight issues, but we are not responsible or liable for damage or loss incurred by freight companies.

  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately they are posted to the Totally Nuts website. You agree to be bound by these changes – we recommend you check them regularly to stay up-to-date.
