If you drink non-dairy milks, then this is for you! This Nut Milk Base gives you a quality non-dairy milk with NO added gums or thickeners. It is very slightly sweetened with a little Coconut Sugar, and nothing more. What's more, you get away from all the waste of tetrapak packaging. You also have control over how strong you want your milk - so rather than buying a tetrapak of ultrapasteurised milk made in an industrial factory, made with 5% almonds, you can make your own, fresh and delicious!

Instructions: As a rough guide, I normally make my milk using 100g of Nut Milk Base per litre of water (obviously, you can make weaker or stronger depending on your preference). Fill the blender jug with water first and the Nut Milk Base after, just to avoid having the paste stick to the jug of the blender. Blend for around 30 seconds depending on your machine. Because the Nut Milk Base is so smooth, there is very little wastage (I get under 10g per 100g of Nut milk Base) so you can drink the milk without straining at all. Alternatively, strain with a nut milk bag. The milk after it is made will last several days in the fridge. 

Ingredients: Organic activated almonds [almonds, Himalayan Crystal Salt], organic activated cashews [cashews, Himalayan Crystal Salt], coconut chips, coconut sugar, MCT oil.
