Our Nut Milk Base is the result of a lot of recipe fiddling and tweaking. I use it every day in hot drinks, cereals, smoothies and cooking. So finding the right recipe was very important to me.
We grind the ingredients in our stone-grinder which gives the spread an incredibly smooth texture - smooth enough that you don't need to strain the milk at all. One litre (made with 100g of Nut Milk Base) leaves you with less than 5g of strained solids.
