Stock Update: We are currently waiting on the new season of Macadamias to be shipped to us. We had been expecting them to be here already, but the rains in NSW delayed harvesting and processing. We are confident (but still crossing fingers AND toes) that they will be available to order around 4 July.
Macadamias are the essential Australian nut, full of vital fats, nutrients, vitamins and minerals, and native to Queensland! After our unique activation process these macadamias come out crispy, crunchy and incredibly tasty.
Our macadamias are always Australian - the ones we have now are from the mid-north coast in NSW. The Australian organic macadamia industry is struggling, with many farmers switching to conventional or exporting their entire crop.
