ENERGY BAR RECIPE

Ingredients:
- 1 C Totally Nuts Almonds
- 1 C dried Cranberries (or other dried fruit)
- 1 C pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/4 C dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until all ingredients have broken down and start to clump together.
- Turn out the mixture onto baking paper and manipulate it into a square. (It is easiest with paper on the top and bottom).
- Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Cut into bar sizes, wrapping each one individually for easy grab-and-go access.
- Store in the fridge.
