INGREDIENTS
7 pitted Medjool dates
7 Totally Nuts pecans
14 tsp Totally Nuts cashew butter
Melted chocolate
Coarse sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread open your pitted dates and fill them with cashew butter making sure to completely fill them up.
Place 1 pecan in each filled date then spread more cashew butter to cover pecan. Close them and spike them on a tooth pick. Dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle some salt. Place them on a tray or baking paper and leave in the freezer for 30 min.
