Macadamias are the essential Australian nut, full of vital fats, nutrients, vitamins and minerals, and native to Queensland! After our unique activation process these macadamias come out crispy, crunchy and incredibly tasty. 

The Australian Macadamia crop has been a shocker this year - hammered by unseasonal rains on top of not a great year for nut setting anyway. We had committed with a nut processor to source our year's supply from them, but unfortunately they overcommitted and are unable to fulfil our request. We are now looking around for how we can still supply you with the best macadamias available, but the sad news is that they are likely to be imported for this year :(
