This macadamia salad dressing recipe is shamelessly directly copied from Chris Clark’s blog because it is so good, it doesn’t need tweaking at all!
1. Wash herbs
2. Put all ingredients into blender. Start with less lime, water and salt – you can add more later.
3. Blend well!
4. Taste and adjust flavours to your liking. It will thicken as it sits so if you make ahead of time you will need to add extra water later on.
5. Serve over salad or veggies.
